livin' for the weekend

internal-acceptance-movement: These emotions and feelings are uncomfortable, but they are going to pass. Feelings are not forever. Temporary satisfaction may numb us in the moment, but it will not conquer our troubles. It only continues the cycle, and I refuse to engage. Today I’m breaking the habit. I’m walking down a different road. I’m choosing recovery. I’m choosing life.
